ACORN always strives to make our conferences and workshops as accessible as possible. To that effect, we offer a FREE basic pass in exchange for volunteering, and we lots of ways for someone to volunteer––both prior-to and during the event! Despite the high cost of running this growing conference (last year we had over 500 participants!), your ACORN team works really hard to keep the costs as affordable as possible for this 3-day event, which features over 60 workshops and dozens of guest speakers for a dynamic learning experience.
We sincerely want everyone who wants to learn to be able to come, and that’s why we offer the EARLY BIRD discount fare (coming in August!), FREE passes for our volunteers, as well as a limited number of bursaries–specifically intended for new entrants and wannabe farmers, or for our member farms who need a financial break. Please stay tuned to this page to get the updates on the bursary applications, they will be posted when we launch our registration.
